Stylus Ink Replacement Cartridge?

The cartridge in the pen does just pull out. IT is quite easy to remove
and replace. As for buying a replacement, it is slightly smaller then
a standard ballpoint pen ink tube (like in a BIC). The cartridge has
identifying information on it, but it doesn't make sense to me.
