Done,it's posted in the wiki,and it's also available as an attachment in
my first mail,but:
*I don't have time to do an opkg recipe
*It is intended to run on the computer that is running JOSM

Maybe I need to open poi.db as an argument(argc/argv)(I did it very
quickly because of the lack of time)
