Newbie - Installing SHR on FreeRunner

that messages i of no importance. usually you don't see it or it flashes  
only through.
it looks like the kernel or rather the root filesystem is not found,  
making the bootloader unable to proceed.

- how did you start the first tim? pressed any buttons?
- what bootloader is installed?
- do any leds blink?
