[shr-u] GPS not working

I have not much experience to compare with earlier versions, but here  
it is on OM2009.5

They look quite similar and both use the filename "power_on". And  
never "pwron".

So I think there is a bug in (your?) version of ogpsd. Maybe it is not  
updated correctly?
