[SHR] Suspend / Resume speed

My SHR resumed in about 4s. (Running from internal flash, not SDcard.)
First, nothing happens. Then the console shows itself for a little 
while. finally, graphichs take over and the screen is redrawn.

1s would surely be an improvement.
