>From outside (many people write all their numbers like this, gives
the "international" trend...) :

        +41 xx yyy yy yy

>From inside :

        0xx yyy yy yy

Where "xx" is the regional code.

AFAIK, mobile phones are always "7x", with x = 6, 8, 9

And you can replace the initial "+" by "00" in the international version.
