[FSO/SHR/Debian] Update to BtGPS.py

Hi, I've tried installing Bt-gps on an FSO installation and get this error .
. . 

 * ERROR: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for bt-gps:
	 *  gtk+-fastscaling (>= 2.10.14) * 

. . . any clues?
