Roll The Dice

OK, more results: the exit button does indeed work A. Before rolling the
first time B. During a roll or C. If you press it, then roll the dice.

I noticed in your CLI output that it seems to be looking for a left or right
movement. Perhaps you should make it shake on 2 or three left-right combos,
since it seems to be rolling a bit too easily. Not a problem at all, really,
just a personal preference.
