i just played a bit around with lxlauncher ..
have you read /usr/share/doc/lxlauncher/README yet?
and look in /usr/share/lxlauncher - you can find a gtkrc and a
launcher.menu
where you can configure (i think) a lot of things ..
have some fun with configuring
