no wifi on openmoko fso

Distro independent way:
if ar6000 is a module, load it; if it's compiled in, do

echo s3c2440-sdi > /sys/bus/platform/drivers/s3c2440-sdi/bind

to bind relevant drivers.

FSO-specific way:
mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ousaged /org/freesmartphone/Usage
org.freesmartphone.Usage.SetResourcePolicy WiFi enabled
