We are investigating a microSD wifi card. The driver is GPL. We will let

Yes the microSD is remove able.
the size? check the product page on qi-hardware.
the price? Depends on peoples reaction. $99 is not out of reach if we
hit the right
volumes, but for now plan on around $149.
