I did a cursory search of the mailman-user archives:
http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/
but didn't find any reference to this bug. I suppose we should report
it to them.
Apparently they don't have a bug tracker, just the lists. I imagine the
code doesn't change very often.
