It's my plan, AT&T GoPhone. I pay a dollar for any day I use the phone.
After that, mobile-to-mobile is free and mobile-to-landline costs 10¢/min.
If the telemarketer is the only call I have that day, they cost me a dollar.
Otherwise, it's just 10¢.
