[omgps] collect feature requests

I wish it had smoother scrolling, like tangogps has.

I think that layer plugins would be a really good thing. One idea is to use
the navit engine (for example) for routing using the vector data from OSM,
and then display that on top of the png maps in omgps.

By the way, omgps uses about 50% more memory than tango from what I saw.
About 15mb compared to 10mb.
