Take a look at:

under [frameworkd] set:
  log_to = file
  log_destination = /tmp/frameworkd.log

under [ogsmd] you need to set:
  log_level=DEBUG

Then reproduce the problem, and attach /tmp/frameworkd.log to a ticket.
