Is "SIM Toolkit" possible to support on the freerunner?

Android and Qt Extended both have SIM Toolkit support. In QTE it's 
disabled - i
havent tested what it would do when enabled. In Android it was not 
working for
me, but i didnt do any exploring.

This month i switched bank, that does uses plain SMS, so i dont need sim
toolkit anymore :)
