BL-5C Nokia battery information NA, why?

the very same page mentions also that no charging information will be  
available.
those batteries don't have a necessary chip implemented that provides  
information about charge state and power level.
and apparently both kernel modules and applications often do not take that  
into consideration -- hence the error messages.
