[WikiReader] unable to run emulator

I've followed the instructions in the wiki page on github:
http://wiki.github.com/wikireader/wikireader/building-from-source
then a make  command and all compiled without big problems. But when I try
to run the emulator inside host-tools/qt4-simulator/bin I get the following:

initializing display for 240x208 pixels
Failed to initialize search.
Segment fault.

The search data seems to be present, but it doesn't work. It's broken or I
forgot to do some step?
