Source code (wikipediardware) is already known, other things were at
http://people.openmoko.org/ . Dunno if they still are, as I didn't
check it recently, but in some directory there were Windows app for
viewing attached 3D case design, and it was exactly that case ;) Also
there were some movie clips about used screen. Look for SAMO keyword
;)
