Keyboard above xterm, first try

Ok, as a proof of concept I just did a virtual keyboard using the
XShape extension, so you can have it over xterm (or anything else that
does not need the mouse) :

Runs fine under hackable:1 rev5, may require some tweaking on other
distros (like selecting another font).
