[qtmoko] v10 problem

hi ALL!

i've found a bug in qtmoko v10, when I try to set the timezone from UTC
to Europe/Budapest, then I get  "[systemtime] <defunct>" and must the
qpe restart :(

i think it's a great dist, so thans Radek!! :)
