[fso] converting gps coordinates

If you need to convert between different projection systems, you could
use GDAL - or its Python bindings. I'm not sure whether they're
included in SHR, thought.

If it's just about string manipulation - like transforming -3.1234 to
3.1234W, I'm sure you don't need anything special :)
