[qtmoko] bluetooth and bluez 4.60

someone knows if the compatibility issue about bluez upgrade to v4.60 and qtmoko is quickly/easily fixable on qtmoko code side?

can you check it?
by now I'll keep the old bluez but tests on the new one are welcome!

at the moment I'm not too skilled on the BT side :P sorry
