QI Bootloader with overclocked settings

Yes, only bootloader, where were qi somewhere, but, check answers to
that post.

But i recommend you to try bootloader with tuned glamo instead (from 
http://lists.openmoko.org/pipermail/community/2010-July/062495.html ), 
where were qi also somewhere in answers.
