[SHR-u] Touch screen and AUX button not responding

When I boot SHR-u, there is no response at all from touch screen and 
AUX. Power button works fine though. Is there any configuration file 
that might cause a problem like this? I recently installed some packages 
(don't remember which ones), so that might have caused the issue.
