I'm not a lawyer so it is thoroughly confusing to me. Some things seem to be open source and others are not. If I read their license right, their Plazma OS (which is linux based) is not open source... which to me IS a GPL violation. Again.. not a lawyer. I'm thinking of sending the license on to an acquaintance at the FSF and getting his read. If anyone is interested, I'll update here. If not, I won't.
