Generally speaking install.sh IS NOT e17 - it (my guess) shell script
to build e17 locally.
Try to read documentation in "debian on FR" wiki about e17 or e17 docs
about debian on FR.
If you really want to compile an e17 on FR install all dependencies
and here you are, some 4-12 hours of compilation (my approximation)
and it will finish.
As usual RTFM and google are frends.
