Hi, Ugo.

One more thing to check. During slowness, shutdown qpe and launch top.
Tell how much eats top process itself in idle system. Normally it should
be 1.6-3% percent. Do cat /proc/interrupts few times and see if anything
except timer is growing rapidly.
