two GTA02 with different characteristics

Both devices are GTA02A6 or A7, so both things seem to be only software related.

About 1: it's difference in bootloaders. Older one uses U-Boot, while
newer uses Qi.

About 2: as already was said, this looks like difference in GPS
handling in software. 1-3 minutes is about time which is needed to get
3D fix without any assist data. If one of the devices would be
GTA02A5, then there would be difference in resistor placed on SD
reader, as it was interferencing with GPS (but it shouldn't be a big
deal anyway, as software fixes for that issue are good enough)
