QtMoko - updated build instructions

Hi,
i have now updated instructions for building QtMoko. You can now very easily 
cross compile qtmoko on debian wheezy using emdebian toolchain.

It should work with minor tweaks for squeeze too, but i am going to use wheezy 
because QtMoko can be compiled on wheezy with Qt 4.7

Upgrading QtMoko to Qt 4.7 is now my main goal for next exprimental release. 
I'd also like to have HW sound routing in the release and fixed bug with call 
hangup.
