where to put new community Qtmoko keyboards

hi I was wondering,

if there is already a good place to upload new qtmoko keyboards (eg DE_de,
see scaplinuxtogo).
maybe gta04 would have some space and one could have checkboxes for the 
layouts if they also work for gta02.
