How to back up your qtmoko properly?

In contacts menu there is "Send All..." You can then send contacts using 
bluetooth or email.

If you use email and you dont have smtp setup up, you can download  the mail 
message IIRC from /home/root/Applications/qtopiamail and open in e.g. in kmail 
and save the VCF attachment.
