What's obvious isn't always obvious. There's a difference worth noting, for example, between "didn't read" and "didn't buy the reasoning, such as it is".<BR>

Knew that. I'm actually on the GNOME Foundation Advisory Board, as it happens. I'm not sure the authors of GTK realized, when they inherited that particular TLA, that they were signing away all of their rights to any credit, in perpetuity, for the greater glory of "GNU".<BR>
