Yeah, but if you enter the device to country as your own property, they don&#39;t prohibit that.<br>People practice ordering that kind of devices to their friends&#39; address abroad who is planning to travel to Russia. There are live examples of that. My colleague bought Nokia 770 using that mechanism. :)
