</div>Not sure it'll help, but FWIW it didn't work for me the first time<br>
either. I had to remove and reinsert it... no problem since then.<br>

So in case you haven't done that yet, check it's firmly inserted. :)<br></blockquote></div><br>Strange. I did it twice, it didn't work. Tried another time, and it magically worked. Seems that the holder isn't very reliable...<br>
