I don't really know how to proceed from here. I contacted the reseller<br>
I purchased the phone from, Koolu, and haven't heard back from them<br>
yet. I need help in figuring out what to do next. If Koolu is<br>
unable/unwilling to help, how can I go about getting another LCD panel<br>
to replace the damaged one?<br>
