translation (thank to Hubert Haas) and some little improvement (only a<br>
few, realy, only the possibility to set a proxy for FTP, HTTPS, HTTP)<br>

So, if it create problem to you, I can add add a flag on setting panel,<br>
that disable the luminosity control, so it will solve you problem (PS.<br>
if someone else have this problem, please report to me, so I can<br>
undestand if I have to remove completly the function, or I have to fix<br>
it in another way).<br>
