is not a good distro for you yet.</blockquote><div><br>Well I went ahead and gave it a try, if I don't like it I can easily flash something else on it, but it seems that once you have SHR running contacts are able to be added by hand but I don't know if they are saved to the SIM card or to the phone. <br>

</div>These two are actually the same. With time there may be several kernels<br>
in that directory, with different versions.<br>
uImage-om-gta02-latest.bin is always a copy of the latest among them, so<br>
that people who don't follow version numbers and kernel development<br>
simply can grab the "latest" kernel, whatever it might be.<br>
