<div dir="ltr"><div>Ask them if they have actually read the contracts they have signed in order to use their device. I have, and I actually like the ones I'm bound by (e.g., GNU GPL). <br><br>Most people nowadays assume that there is no alternative to a lopsided contract in which the user must cede all rights. To me, one of OpenMoko's greatest successes was proving that it is possible to have  a sane, understandable contract and still use a cell phone.<br>
