[PATCH? libc6 bbclass] locales handling -- better error msg

well -- I just removed plain en_US from my evil GLIBC_GENERATE_LOCALES ;-)

it is just for some reason I was blind to don't spot it right away among
the listed locales -- thus couldn't figure out WTF ;-)
