Application for manage hardware parts of FreeRunner

Hello ;

I think I will begin an UI application (in GTK+ I think)
that allows the user to manage  :

   - WIFI : on, off, status
   - GPS : on, off, status
   - Bluetooth : on, off, reset, status
   - USB : host, slave, current of charge
   - battery : satus
   - ...

or test :

   - leds
   - accelerometers
   - vibrator
   - ...

all hardware parts of the FreeRunner.


Do an application with same functions exits ?

Will this application be useful ?
