hmm, "+++" (including a pause after it) to escape to command mode shouldn't be
necessary as long as we aren't in an established datatransfer. (As I get it,
all about muxer is to have datatransfer on a different virtual channel than
AT commands).
Sending a mere "AT\r\n" should return an OK.
Of course reset command "ATZ\r\n" should work as well
All this of course applicable only if the muxer really establishes a number of
virtual serial connections each of them compatible to a usual one.
