 Possible reason could be the auto_restart bit is 0. So charging does not
 resume once battery voltage falls below a threshold..

 When this happens next (does it happen always ?), if you can get me
 dump_reg of pcf50633 it'll be awesome..

 OK.. That's interesting.. But in between the ~ 30 mA values in the logs we
 see a current consumption of some 190 mA. Typical of idle system. I wonder
 from where does it come.. Andy, any ideas ?
