Displaying and writing traditional chinese text

Hey guys,

I have an itch and I'm willing to pay for it. The guy/girl/robot that ports a 
chinese input method (e.g. Qtopia pinyin's one), installs the required fonts, 
makes sure you can read and write chinese SMS on a neo and is providing all 
this in applyable and clean patches for OE (asu branch) and Qtopia can pick a 
bottle of Linie Aquavite[2] or a supply of Snapple[1].
