Avoiding keypresses during a phone call

Hi!

Sorry if this has already been solved/discussed before. As people have
said before, while holding the phone against the ear during a call we
risk pressing various on-screen keys and do things like ending the
call.

Cannot one solution to this simply be to add an "unlock slider" on the
screen that you need to unlock before you can press any keys? This then
being enabled when the phone call is answered. Accelerometers can
perhaps be used to decide when to lock the screen again after having
pressed the buttons in unlocked state.
