Steps to reproduce:
1) wget http://wildsau.enemy.org/~moko/voice-recording.state
2) arecord -c 1 -f S16_LE -c2 -r22050 | hexdump -C
Expected results:
2) audio is recorded and shown as hex
Actual results:
2) arecord prints
