Yes like Sean says there's demands of really historically closed phone
platform vendors; there is balance at Goggle between needing to say the
stack is open and other forces like Marketplace; and there's us with
Open platform and working to allow new Open stack.

Our bootloaders aren't interested in crypto enforcement, it's pointless
for us because they can always be replaced anyway by the user by our
full intention.
