[FSO-testing] Can't start GUI with oevents rule.

Hello,

I'd like to start a GUI I've made, fso-control, with a press of the
power button.  Created a rule

trigger: InputEvent()
    filters:
             - HasAttr(switch, "POWER")
             - HasAttr(event, "pressed")
    actions: Command("fso-control")

It works for commands with out a gui.  For example "aplay test.wav"
works.  I tried setting DISPLAY=:0 a few different ways but it didn't
help.  I can start fso-control with an icon on the desktop.  What am I
missing?
