 On top you can find the wifi, battery and gsm icon, but if you power on
 the bluetooth, it doesn't show you the bluetooth icon. if however you open
 the 'program switcher' applet, it appear on top of that window.

 Steps to reproduce:
 - open settings
 - start bluetooth

 Expected result:
 - the bluetooth icon is displayed on top

 Actual result
 - the bluetooth icon isn't displayed on top and appears if you open the
 program switcher
