update the revision of Locations

Hi Julian,

Please bump up the revision of Locations to

25cf3be97b1676ed19ea9da6caf0b07b8a72a3d0

and the revision of diversity-daemon to r564.

The most important changes since last revisions are that
diversity-daemon tries harder to make sure there is no data loss and
Locations shows an alert when diversity-daemon crashes.  The latter
should help our testing team diagnose problems.
